HAWKER FARE is a fun meeting and eating place where genuine people are cooking with purity to make up this unique urban neighborhood restaurant. A really cool joint in all.
What type of cuisine do we serve?
Southeast Asian street food, predominately it’s a rice bowl shop.
The cuisine is humble, innovative and personal while still paying homage to classics and tradition utilizing local, sustainable, and organic ingredients as much as we can.
We are cooking it up with passion with being honest in our approach.
Do you have noodles on the menu?
Nope. It’s a rice bowl shop.
Alcohol?
YES! We offer Cocktails, Bottled Beer, Wine & Malt Liquor. (Wine Corkage is $15 per 750ml bottle)
Takeout?
Yes, we suggest phoning in orders first.
Do you do deliveries?
Sorry, we do not.
Do we cater off-site?
No.
Do we take reservations?
Not at all.
Do we accept credit cards?
All the major ones.Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Is there parking?
Street parking is plentiful and there are also pay parking lots across the street and behind the restaurant. No need to feed the meters after 6pm Monday through Saturday.
What is your closest BART station?
19th Street Station, just walk up 4 blocks on Webster to 23rd street. We cannot be missed.
